Very good staff and excellent service by captain Phurbha Lama. The food is good and the views are amazing. The room is also quite spacious and well maintained. The location of the property is also quite posh. It was overall a pleasant experience.

Place is good Staff is really taking good care of you We got a complimentary upgrade as the room alloted had some continuous stench frm the balcony Thanks to mr.sanjeev who made us comfortable Rooms need more of nosie barriers as you can actually get disturbed if there is a nosiy neighbour in the room next door

At the end of a vacation with my daughter in India, we decided to pamper ourselves at a resort. When we arrived at Tiaraa hotel the place was exactly as we had imagined. The rooms were impressive, clean, spacious, and with an amazing view of the Himalayas from every direction. The staff was courteous, helpful, and took care of everything we asked for. The spa was pleasant, clean, and in a relaxed atmosphere. And the massage was perfect and professional. The girl from the reception team took care of transportation in a pleasant and calm way when we wanted to get to the city. Many thanks to the hotel team - we highly recommend it!

Overall experience was outstanding in whole manali it was the stunning property and rooom was very big in size and new property food was very tasty friendly staff manager at canteen was very polite where we .had our breakfast my kids enjoyed at pool area

Amazing experience. The rooms were very luxurious with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The hospitality of the staff stands out among the superior facilities that the hotel provides.
